  • Supplies for your yealry visit like a furnace filter, common light bulbs, batteries for smoke detectors, and miscellaneous supplies to complete those minor repairs

🛠️ Fix-It Task

  • Includes, at least, one small repair per year—tightening hardware, adjusting doors, repairing a torn screen, etc.

  • Perfect for knocking out those little annoyances during your visit

📄 Annual Home System Walkthrough & Health Snapshot Report

  • After your annual visit, receive a personalized report

  • Includes observations, completed work, and suggested next steps to keep your home in great shape
